FRI: Food thread!

Sorry today's thread isn't as informative... I can't sleep but very out of it still.

What are you eating today?

Me? I am just trying to heal... unfortunately I've been eating more than I should, but I am going to really work on drinking a lot of water today.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Elena-

Keep on healing!  Good for you for doing what you need to do to heal your body and spirit.  The additional water (and protein) will help your body repair itself.  I am so sorry that you are in pain.  Hopefully you were able to get some rest too!

Out of bed- protein oatmeal with peanut butter
Breakfast- Kashi go lean and a cheese stick
lunch- meat/cheese wrap, mushroom, banana
dinner- meatloaf, brocoli, and some type of potato
snack- cookie

lots of water, 1/2 profect bullet at some point in the day

Good morning pretty lady,

Hope you heal fast.......Having pain sucks........

Today is day 5 of my 5dpt, so today I'm having:

B- Protein strawberry shake smoothie
L- Leftover Tuna patty & Parmesan Tilapia fish
D- Salisbury steak (out of the 5dpt book)
snack- ? something protein

Lots of water........

Protein Shake w/1 cup whole milk

1 ounce fresh moz cheese

small breve vanilla latte

1 curry chicken breast strip fried in EVOO. 

(yum)
