I'm approved!!!!!

Hello Minnesota forum!

I'M SO EXCITED I CAN'T THINK STRAIGHT! I got the letter from BCBS-MN today that I have been approved for surgery. The forms were just sent in last Tuesday and I can't believe I got the letter already! I am soooooooo excited, I don't think I've ever been this excited for anything in my life. I have to go in to see the doctor on Thursday to schedule the surgery date, hopefully in March. The long road of getting to this point is getting so close to being worth it all.

Congrats on making it thru your seven month's of dietician appointments.  You must be TOTALLY psyched!  You go girl!  Have you picked a surgeon yet?

I have. It'll be Dr Bettendorf in St Cloud. I went to the seminar and also met with him and he was super nice. I am totally psyched! lol

WOOOOHOOOOO! There seriously is no better feeling than being approved!! Oh wait... no... I suppose getting to a healthy weight is even better... but you'll be there really soon, so woooohooooo!!!
