I miss my large Mochas, and my morning coffees filled with cream and sugar. I was wondering what everyone drinks coffee wise? I tried some caffine free coffee and it just did not do the trick for me!
 Id love some ideas!

I have found some extra bold decaf k-cups for my Keurig that I like.  I use sugar free flavored Torani syrup in mine.  I have been told I can drink the regular stuff but I don't.  Oh, and I sometimes add milk or use fat free creamer w/ the syrup.

I'm DEFINITELY NOT decaffeinated!  And it took a while to get used to FF/SF, but now I can't tell the difference!

At the coffee shops, I do FF/SF hazelnut lattes most often - at Caribou, they call it a "Northern Lights" latte (I "moose" mine there - extra shot of espresso!)

Otherwise, i just drink my coffee with one of the SF International Delights or Coffeemate creamers!

I have my protein in my morning and evening coffees.  I use the vanilla powder in the morning, and the chocolate in the evening.  You just have to be careful not to get it too hot.

I'm with you on missing the good ole Mochas. I used to look forward to the days I worked because it meant a Venti Mocha or Ice Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks.

While I'm not supposed to have caffine, I do have a warm Click protein drink 5 or so days a week.  It has esspresso in it = to the caffine in one cup of coffee. I figure that can't be TOO bad, plus when I make it with skim, it gives me 23g of protein.

The "skinny latte" from Starbucks or Northern Light flavored lattes at Caribou are ok, but unlike Darla, I can tell the difference big time. Maybe I just need to ask them to add a little extra SF syrup ?

Fullly cafeinated for me, please!

For a treat I do the Caribou Northern Lights Latte with SF Caramel or SF Vanilla.   At home, I use regular coffee with FF 1/2&1/2 (land'o lakes is best) and Splenda Caramel sweetners.

I am a coffee girl as well - but most docs don't recommend a ton of caffiene - so remember to drink more water throughout the day to take care of the dehydrating effect of the caffiene.

I also mix chocolate protein shake with my coffee in the a.m. for a mocha or vanilla protein shake with SF syrup for a latte.

My favorite drink is the Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte from Startbucks. I do not do de-caf but I do drink a ton of water through out the day to offset my coffee intake.

I also enjoy the Click protein powder in my coffee. I add 8oz of milk with one scoop of click and then I use about 4oz of that mix in my coffee. Its just like a latte. Yummy. Matter of fact I'm drinking some right now.

Wishing you the best on finding something that works for you.

God Bless, Angela
