Me? I am going to the gym in my apartment and going to try a really slow walk on the treadmill. I am trying to get my bruised muscle slowly moving.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I plan to do the treadmill 2-3 times today......

I'd like to go buy the Biggest Looser workout DVD, maybe this weekend.......I think I need to change up what I've been doing.....I think my body is used to the treadmill, so I'm not loosing like I should........I dunno....

I got up late, but did the treadmill for 15 minutes this morning before work anyway.  Plan to get back on this afternoon for another 15.

Elena- I think it's a good idea to go on the treadmill SLOWLY to keep that muscle active while it's healing.  It was a major mistake for me to essentially be sedentary for the first 7 weeks after surgery. I think my muscles / body really paid the price for lack of movement.

My wife came to the gym with me so it was a short workout. 2.3 miles on the eliptical I might go again this afternoon if I can't find anything else to do.

I've been sick all weekend so today I slept in and skipped the gym.  I think I'll do a 30 min yoga routine tonight.  That sounds like a good not-feeling-so-well kind of workout.
