Me? Going to do 10 minutes of slow walking on the treadmill. Still trying to heal.

Good Morning!

After a day of oversleeping and feeling yucky all day, it is back to the gym today.  I wil do 60 minutes of cardio and some weight lifting.  I really know now  the difference I feel when I don't exercise daily.  It left me feeling in a weird fog all day.

Elena- keep on healing!!  I admire your tenacity and your willingnesss to get moving following your accident!!  Hopefully you will feel better every day!!

I'm hoping to do the treadmill twice today.

My body is rather sore today from me being a clutz yesterday...Fell in my hallway, because of the dog...uhhh....

Elena- How did the walking go for you yesterday?

I did 17 min on the treadmill this morning.  Didn't get back on a 2nd time yesterday after work like I had hoped, but that's ok.  Maybe I'll try again this afternoon.

It went slow and steady. It's not as good as I hoped because I get dizzy pretty quickly.

I am going down to the day room at the apt complex and try out the only piece of equipment, a treadmill.  Then I think I will walk over to Snap Fitness a block away and see what it would cost me for a membership.

45 minute power walk at the mall this morning. I may go outside and walk around the block or something later. It is so nice outside.
