TUES: Run Forrest Run!



Benefits of running:
Running helps you improve your fitness and stamina. As a weight-bearing exercise, running also increases bone density, which can fend off osteoporosis.
So how are you moving today?
Me? Going to do 10 minutes of slow walking on the treadmill. Still trying to heal.

After a day of oversleeping and feeling yucky all day, it is back to the gym today. I wil do 60 minutes of cardio and some weight lifting. I really know now the difference I feel when I don't exercise daily. It left me feeling in a weird fog all day.
Elena- keep on healing!! I admire your tenacity and your willingnesss to get moving following your accident!! Hopefully you will feel better every day!!

I did 17 min on the treadmill this morning. Didn't get back on a 2nd time yesterday after work like I had hoped, but that's ok. Maybe I'll try again this afternoon.

It went slow and steady. It's not as good as I hoped because I get dizzy pretty quickly.
