So how are you moving today?

Me? I did some cleaning yesterday and that was quite a workout for me... I think I'll do a little more of that today.

I really like the cartoon theme!!  Elena, you are worth your little self in gold for the work you are putting in to this daily thread!  Not only is it motivating, but educational too!!

I am heading off to the gym this morning, will do 50 minutes of cardio and upper body strength training.  I felt much better yesterday after working out- getting back on my schedule was a great thing!

Did 15 minutes on the treadmill before work this morning.

Biked 9 miles and did a bunch of ab work. I will miss tomorrows work out have to work the midnight shift never feel like doing much when on that shift.
