Just had to say...I've been trying to think of that cartoon for months....thinking...what was that cartoon guy that always said he was trying to take over the world.  For the life of me I couldn't think of the BRAIN!  Now I know it's going to be a good day.

Don't know what I'm eating today...probably some bean soup for lunch and eggs with banana ketchup for supper....eatin good in the neighborhood for sure.

My breakfast is always the darkest coffee I can find.  Which typically means I brew my own.

It's all good.

BRAIN.....gonna look at some YOUTUBE of the brain taking over the world.  Whatever happened to that cartoon?

I'm not getting enough protein on a daily bases really need to work on that.

B: 1/2 grapefruit with splenda and a kashi bar
L: protein bar and melon
D: I'm going to try bean soup I have never had it hope I like it.
