I need to get better about posting! Elena I really enjoy your posts...

My eats for today:

B: 4 oz. Activia yogurt and a small Minneola ... go good!!!

L: Crockpot beef roast with onions, mushrooms and carrots ( I don't do potatoes)

D: same as lunch

I'm trying to get back on track with eating breakfast. After I do my pills and vitamins in the morning and then coffee, I just never really feel like eating. My first meal is typically not until noon or later which means I eat my last meal much later in the evening.

Anyway I'm trying to get this figured out.
