Healthy snack? Hmm.. I am not much of a snacker... but I do like raw veggies!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I'm liking the Soy and Flax Seed Tortilla Chips from Trader Joe's with a little bit of melted cheese and lots of salsa.  Talk about a filling snack!! 

My goal for today is to NOT have any graham crackers (they have been my downfall for the last week or so)

Since my fill I haven't been getting chicken down very well. I gave it another try today..... nope not happening.
 B-PB Cup protien shake-yumm
 L-veggies, very few bites of chicken, yogurt

Hi
Protien is always at least 52 because of the morning shake. My band is always tight in the mornings so the shakes are plenty. I don't usually eat food until lunch. The rest of the day I'll get in about 20 more.

Calories -- I have no idea

I need to get more veggies and fiber in my diet.
