I found a good article on WebMD: How much is enough?

So how are you moving this wonderful Sunday?

Me? Well.. I am slightly considering taking my skis and hitting the bunny hill. I am going to see if I'm up for it. If not, maybe I'll go dancing. If all else fails... to the gym!

90 minutes?!  Surely you jest!    I'm struggling with 20 minutes a day as it is.  Ah well, at least I'm being consistant with it.   Already did the treadmill this morning.  As warmer weather sets in I suppose exercise will increase if I walk outside AND do the treadmill.

I made it to the gym on a weekend day for the first time in about a month.  It felt good to see people and get a full workout in.  I did a total of 80 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength training.

Here's to returning to working out at least 6 days per week!!

Hope everyone had a GREAT day!!

I walked 3 miles or a little more on a logging road near our lake property in northern Minnesota this morning.

Hey Ric****ep wondering, when do you get the time to walk 3, 4, 5 miles every day? I keep giving myself excuses that I have no time, but MAN... if you can fit it in, I bet I can too!! Please let me know! How long does it take you?
