Oh what did I eat today......

B-blueberry protien shake
L-tuna
D-chicken, rice, carrots
S-muffin, 5 pieces of manderian orange

not enough****er yesterday or today. Gotta work on that better!

B- soft cooked egg
     1/4 cup vanilla yogurt with a sprinkle of granola.
L- 1/2 Cup of progresso Lentil soup\
     4 oyster crackers.
D- 2 Ka bob's
        with pork,tomato,red bell pepper,zucchini,yellow squash.onion
Ate all the meat and some of the veggies

S- Might have a cup of pop corn (maybe)
