Well I decided to do the 5DPT again......It did help, but I need more help.....

B- Protein shake
L- Protein shake
D- Protein shake
S- SF jello
Lots of hot tea & water

I too am doing the 5dpt again.

Last week getting the stomach bug in the middle of it didn't help.

B- protein shake
L- protien shake
D- protein shake

sf jello and LOTS of water.
