I just got back from dancing so I'm off to bed... ha. But tomorrow, I plan to go to the gym for half an hour. My new motto is that I am WORTH IT. I am worth it to allow myself a half hour every day for exercise!!

I've got a new goal, to walk 1 mile in 15 minutes. So far it takes me about 21 minutes.  I didn't get there this morning, just walked for 15 minutes since I wok up late and got about .6something of a mile.  Will walk again this afternoon getting to 1 mile, no matter how long it takes.

I have to thank you for the article you posted with yesterday's exercise thread made me feel so much better about the amount of exercise (or activity) that I am getting.  I had a few people tell me I was doing too much- but I now have the article to say I am truly doing what my body needs to be healthy!

I went off to the gym this morning and did a total of 65 minutes of cardio then some upper body strength training.  Splitting up the upper and lower body has seemed to make the timing of my morning workouts much better.  I also realized that I have now been going to the gyn 5 - 6 days per week for over 6 months, guess that makes it a habit :-)!!

I already got on the treadmill once for 30 minutes, did 1.798 miles and burned 328.7 calories.

I plan to go on it 2 more times......I hoping instead of my normal 3.5 - 4 mph. to do 4-5 mph......We'll see.....

I wanted to update this tonight because I'm proud of myself today. I did the treadmill 3 times today for a total of 90 minutes, 5.08 miles and burned 943.3 calories.....YAY.......

I biked 10.5 miles did some ab and bicep work. Will probably miss the next few days due to work. Will have to try the info in the article.

I have walked 3.5 miles outdoors today.

I went to SNAP on lunch and slowly did 45 minutes on the treadmill.  I didn't want to come back to work all sweaty.

Got in 2.2 miles.  Felt good!  And got to watch an episode of orange county.  Yeah!
        I have gained some great friends on this journey!
