So how are you exercising today??
I just got back from dancing so I'm off to bed... ha. But tomorrow, I plan to go to the gym for half an hour. My new motto is that I am WORTH IT. I am worth it to allow myself a half hour every day for exercise!!

I have to thank you for the article you posted with yesterday's exercise thread made me feel so much better about the amount of exercise (or activity) that I am getting. I had a few people tell me I was doing too much- but I now have the article to say I am truly doing what my body needs to be healthy!
I went off to the gym this morning and did a total of 65 minutes of cardio then some upper body strength training. Splitting up the upper and lower body has seemed to make the timing of my morning workouts much better. I also realized that I have now been going to the gyn 5 - 6 days per week for over 6 months, guess that makes it a habit :-)!!

I plan to go on it 2 more times......I hoping instead of my normal 3.5 - 4 mph. to do 4-5 mph......We'll see.....

I wanted to update this tonight because I'm proud of myself today. I did the treadmill 3 times today for a total of 90 minutes, 5.08 miles and burned 943.3 calories.....YAY.......
