Motivation Clothing
I may be a weird person for this, but thought I would throw it out there.
I always have 1 or 2 items of clothing that are about 1/2 size too tight. I call them my "Motivation clothes." I know I am still capable of losing more weight (I am only 7 months out)- and once a week or so I will try them on. When they fit well enough to wear in public I will take out the next smaller size- and go through the same process.
This is one way to help myself stay on track- and so far it is working for me. We'll see if it continues to work.
Any thoughts??

I absolutely do that too!! If I can fit into the smaller size, I even wear it sometimes. Because they are so uncomfortable... I am less likely to binge when I eat while wearing them, lol
