TUES: What are you eating today?

I have found that Flaxseed has really helped with my
problem, so I decided to give it a little cheer!

So what are you eating today??
Me?B: Yogurt with flaxseed
S: Skinny latte
L: Salad
S: No Pudge Brownie
D: Cabbage rolls (didn't happen yesterday)
I am aiming for another graham cracker free day!! I have had 3 of them in a row now and yesterday wasn't even craving them. I will beat my addiction to them!!
My other food/drink choices today are very protein/fiber based. That and lots and lots of water (I am already on the 4th bottle of the day).
It feels much better to be back in control of my eating!

I'm on day 2 of my pre-op liquid diet. Thank God I can come here and remember that I'm not the only one to be tourtured this way
. I'm really just trying not to cry right now; seems silly, but true.
after work-out: protein drink, 4 oz juice
B: 1/2 C cream of wheat with water, splenda & cinnamon
L: 1/2C tomato soup, protein drink, applesauce
D: 1/2C broth; protein drink, pudding
S: 6oz yogert

The first two days of the LD were tough for me, but then things got a lot better. The tummy stopped fighting and gave in to its fate, lol. Good luck and keep going at it - keep your eyes on the prize! You can do this - we are here for you!!!
