Here I am with your daily food thread!

I thought it would be interesting to talk about recipes. Did you know there is a Recipe Forum here on OH? There are some great recipes there!! Also... there's Eggface's Website. Do you have any others you would like to share?

Yesterday I cooked two recipes from the Recipe forum. One was for me, one was for my roomie.

I made the Low-Carb Stuffed Chicken for myself. Here's a photo I took:

For Greg (my 6'1, 150lbs roomie), I made the Bacon Explosion (I do NOT recommend this to anyone who has had WLS... very fatty.. but everything in moderation perhaps? lol). He absolutely LOVED IT... had a little loaf. I had to take a photo:

Needless to say... we have dinner set for the next four days AT LEAST.

So today I will  be eating:

B: Eggs
S: Skinny latte
L: Broccoli
D: Cole slaw, stuffed chicken breast

What did you eat/are you eating today??

I think I need to write down what and how much I am eating. I haven't lost anything for a month.

Heheh I did it in the oven for one hour (though it took a little longer) on a broiling pan. I found a link to OVEN instructions for it on the website where the recipe originated from. They don't like people doing it in the oven but I don't have a choice lol. I put it in at 375 for an hour.... until the internal temp (used a meat therm) was 165.
