Sorry this thread isn't informational or entertaining in any way... but it is what it is. I am tired and still need to go take a walk with the dog, so this will have to work for today. Plus, it's Friday so not many people will be poking their noses around here anyway.

Day 5 of the pre-op LD . . .

after workout: Protein drink
B: cream of wheat with milk, splenda and cinnamon, 4oz fruit juice
L: 1C tomato soup, Protein drink, unsweetened applesauce
D: 1C broth, Protein drink, sugar free pudding

On the bright side - lost 8 lbs since Monday
