FRI: Exercise thread!
Sorry this thread isn't informational or entertaining in any way... but it is what it is. I am tired and still need to go take a walk with the dog, so this will have to work for today. Plus, it's Friday so not many people will be poking their noses around here anyway.
So it's Friday... end of the week... can you get up enough motivation for exercise today? Gosh I hope so!!
Yesterday I did 30 min on the treadmill/elliptical and a 20-30 min walk with the doggie.
Today? The same thing! :)

Elena-
You are sooooo entitled to be tired and not be informational or funny! It is hard by the end of the week!!
As for me, today is a trip to the gym this morning before school. Tonight is the 2nd Fish Fry at the church I work for- I will either be working in the kitchen (serving ) or sitting on my tush collecting money. We shall see. Either way I will get some more activity in during the day with the munchkins.
I will be working out on Sunday, tomorrow will be a day of rest and coffee!!

Good morning Elena,
I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but I just read the thread about interval training. My trainer has given me 4 or 5 different cardio workouts and one was for intervals. I increase my incline and my speed for one min every three min of my workout. After each time I think, "there's no way I can do that again", but by the time my three min are up I'm ready to go again. I notice that I burn more calories, loose more weight and improve my cardio strength faster this way. I also feel better when I'm done.
Having said all of that - I didn't do intervals today - I did a 30 min treadmill walk with my heart rate in zone 2 the whole time.
