Plateau Buster diet?
So I'm thinkin bout breakin out the Plateau Buster diet today (Made some dumb food choices as of late and think it might be a way to whip myself back into shape choice-wise)
I'm curious... it says 5 meals of 3 ounces per day -- My surgeon said that I should be doing 3/4 cup (6 ounces) 3 times per day, with no snacking in between. Does doing the 5 meals make that big of a difference? If anyone else has done this, what did you do?
Also, I'm thinking I'm going to add shrimp onto the menu... good protein, low fat, and because, well, i just boiled like a pound of it last night. Gosh, I miss good shrimp.
Any tips, tricks, sanity-saving measures?

The 5 Day Pouch Test (www.5daypouchtest.com) seems to work well... not sure what the Plateau Busters Diet recommends... haven't seen it in a while. good luck with it!!
