New Crystal Light
I haven't seen it yet. I need to find something with both fiber and protein. I like Special K20, but it has quiet a bit of carbs. South beach has some pretty good protein water, but I wi**** had more protein in it.

Crystal Light Hunger Satisfaction Natural Strawberry Banana Drink Mix
It's 30 calories and has 3 grams of protein. It says that one packet is good for one 20 oz bottle/glass of water. I put mine in my 28oz hospital mug and I had to add more water half way through because the flavor was too strong. By the end I was annoyed with the flavor.
It's not **that** bad but I wish they had some other kind of flavor like Raspberry or something. Strawberry Banana was probably not the best first choice. I burn the calories off walking around the office and such so I'm not too worried about that.
