We've come to the ever difficult weekend... the two days when routine breaks and it's hard to get a hold of the eating... perhaps you eat too much, too little, not enough of the good stuff or just have no consistency.


So what are you eating or planning to eat today?

ME?

B: Yogurt with Flaxseed
S: Skinny London Fog
L: Unwich
S: Milk
D: Last stuffed chicken w/ cheese

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

B= Chocolate No Sugar added carnation instant breakfast.
       12 ounces of coffee with splenda and SF french vanilla cream.
S=  garnola bar.

L= deli lunch meat and cheese roll up or left over zucchini lasagna.

D= crock pot burritos, fruit

Nothing exciting today-lol

B: 3oz cottage cheese
S: 3oz of light yogurt with soy protein added
L: 4oz chili (yum, can't wait for lunch!)
S: 3oz egg beaters with bacon

And NO "bad" snacks!!!!!

With being sick this week I have to make myself eat......This is the first time ever where I'm not craving foods or even wanting anything......On a good note I've dropped 6 pounds.......

Today:

B- 1/4 c. Kidney beans with a little miricle whip (I know, sounds terrible, but it's actually good)
L- Chicken thigh
S- Parmesan Tilapia fish

Hot tea & water
