Howdy everyone! This post is early because I'm in Colorado and there's a time difference... and I have to go to bed early for skiing tomorrow.
So how are you moving today??
Yesterday I actually went to the gym here!! 30 minutes on the treadmill at the hotel gym. The high altitude (9,600 ft) here is making most of my family a little sick... BUUUUUUUUUT.... we're going skiing tomorrow anyway!

Getting to the hotel gym is always hard for me. Good for you!!
I don't seem to make it to the gym Monday mornings so I'm just going to go with it and plan on doing yoga Monday evenings. I

I found a "Just My Size" yoga DVD that works great for beginners and/or those of us whose stomach gets in the way.

I did 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Planned to get in my mile, and got behind schedule. Why??? I'm still new at this iPod thing and somehow managed to get all of my purchased songs off the dang thing. Can't workout without music, dont-cha-know? So I had to reload the songs and off I went. :-)
