Howdy everyone! This post is early because I'm in Colorado and there's a time difference...  and I have to go to bed early for skiing tomorrow.

So what are you eating today?

B: Banana
S: Chocolate
L: Broccoli, yogurt
S: Hot chocolate
D: Stuffed chicken that I made

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Day 8 of pre-op LD . . . at least I'm officially half way there.

B: Protein drink, cream of wheat, 4oz fruit juice
L: Protein drink, 1C tomato soup, applesauce
S: 6oz yogert
D: Protein drink, 1C black bean soup, pudding
