TUES: Exercise thread!
How is everyone feeling today? I hear there will be a blizzard this week in MN? Maybe I'm wrong. Well, anyway, are you going to get out and move?

Me? I went skiing for 3 hours yesterday and one hour walk. Today? I am going to ski, ski, ski!!! :)

Enjoy the slopes!! You are right, our weather is supposed to be completely cruddy for the next few days. It is the High Sc hool Boys Hockey Tournament, which usually means snow and cold! Hopefully it will be rain and snow only- no ice!
I am back to the gym this morning. It was really odd not to work out yesterday- but I also know that missing one day every once in a while will not kill me! I'll go for a nice long walk and a ride on the eliptical and bike. It is fun to watch the resistence go up as I feel stronger and stronger. It is an upper body strength training day too!

I'm glad you've recovered enough from your injury to get back to skiing already. What great exercise. I hope once I feel more energized and my back feels better I can take up some form of FUN activity/sport to burn calories.
Today I did the treadmill again for 15. Finally found an extension cord (HEY DAN!!!) and plugged in the Cross Bow in the basement. When L goes down for her morning nap, I'm going to do some strength training. Will make a point to do that 3x a week.
