The nice thing about OH is that it's a great place to share food ideas. When people post their food plans for the day (or what they ate at the end of the day)... others can get an idea that they maybe never considered!

So what are you eating today?


Me?

B: Broccoli (it's what we have left over in the fridge here)
S: Tea!
L: Tuna kit (probably before or on the plane)
S: SF Hot chocolate
D: Protein first!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Day 11 of my 14 day liquid diet . . .

B: protein drink, cream of wheat w/splenda and cinnamon
L: protein drink, 1C beef broth
S: unsweetened applesauce
D: protein drink, 1C chicken broth, pudding
S: 6oz yogert
