It's so inspiring to see people post how they moved every day. It really doesn't have to be anything amazing... just a climb up some stairs or taking the dog on a walk for 15 min. It's just nice to share because it inspires us to move. Thanks to OH, I have finally (after many months) got myself MOVING... and boy does it feel great (even though I hate to admit it)!

So how are you moving today?

Me?

I will be skiing for 3 hours in the morning. Boy am I sore. Yesterday we skied for 5 hours total... and took a one hour walk... wowza! When I get home tonight... we'll see if I have energy for a walk with the pup.

You are an amzing and beautiful woman!  I love your new avatar.

My inspiration to keep moving is coming from a woman who I work out with who is 5 years out from RNY.  She reminds me often about the changes in health and celebrates my WOW moments ith me and helps me to keep things in perspective.  I feel fortunate to know her!!

I am heading for the gym right now (after finishing up a paper for my class tonight- had to get up WAYYYYYYYYYYYY too early to get everything in before work).  I will have to accept that my workout may need to be a little shorter today- but I can still get some exercise in!!

Have a GREAT day and don't forget that you can always find a way to keep your body moving!

I slept in this morning because I wasn't feeling the best last night.  I don't want to get sick right before my date and sleep always helps me.  So I missed the gym, but will walk the skyways over lunch today (at least 30 min).

One hour on the eliptical 4.65 miles, which is up almost 2 tenths of a mile in the last week and a half. Trying to get to 5 miles in one hour may take awhile. I also did some ab work.

Well it isn't today but here is the run down:

Mon,Wed,Fri and either a Sat or Sun I go to the gym.

I do a warm up of 15 minutes on the treadmill at 2.6 MPH
I next go to the elliptical bike for a 20 minute ride of approx 4 to 5 miles.
Then it is followed up with the gazelle type machine (can't remember the name) I use this for a good 20 minutes, forward, backwards, fast and slow- set at like 8 resistance.

As if that isn't enough lets go over to the weight room and do some lifting and crunching of different types for the next 15 to 20 minutes.

That is my routine until spring gets here, then we will add the OUTDOOR walks to the mix, maybe I will walk to the Y and back after, hmmm nice idea!
Happy moving and losing  trails!
