The scale is finally moving faster!!
I had my third fill yesterday and thought for sure that I only lost 3 or 4 pounds, what a surprise to see that I lost 9.5! I always get nervous and think, OK, I should of exercised more, I shouldn't of tried that chicken nugget, etc...... Now I am going to challenge myself. Every time I want a little something that I shouldn't have, I'm going to start writing it down and NOT try it. I wanna see just how good I can really do!

That's always fun to see a bigger loss than expected! Good for you. You've got the right attitude going and having more fill in your band should help you keep it going. Work that Band!

The numbers on the scale can be such a mind game for us sometimes! Congrats on dropping the 9lbs... that's awesome! It's the band... so it's slow and steady... but we'll get there eventually and that's what matters!
