Since Elena is off frolicking in the snow (or just returning) and I depend on it so much, I thought I post this today. I hope that's okay. Sadly though, this won't be nearly as informational as Elena's posts are.
B: protein drink, cream of wheat w/milk, splenda & cinnamon
L: protein drink, 1C tomato soup
S: unsweetened applesauce
D: protein drink, 1C broth, pudding
S: 6 oz yogurt

B: Banana, leftover beef (1/4 cup)
S: Cranberry/apple juice (1/2 cup)
L: 1.5 cup lite vanilla yogurt with 3 tbsp ground Flaxseed
S: Brussel sprouts
D: Brussel sprouts and lite Laughing Cow cheese - YUM!!
