My dear friend! I was very serious today when I said you can totally tell some dramatic results. I know that the darn scale may not be moving down as fast as you would like, but let me tell you, the weight is leaving. You looked simply radiant today. Much different than the woman I met a few months ago. Not that you weren't radiant then, but your spirit has just a different glow and you should be so very proud of what you have accomplished. Big hugs to you!

Thanks Linda! You're looking great too. Now if I could just get my boobs to look like yours, I'd be set. I'll have to make an effort to get over to Nordstrom for a proper fitting. Might wait until I lose alittle more first though, since I'm sure sizes will change between now and closer to goal. I know I won't want to go through a fitting twice.
