SAT: Motivated to Move!
Sorry about yesterday everyone (thankfully Tonya came to my rescue and posted these for me)... with delayed flights and canceled flights and hotels... the tiny portion that was left working in my brain must have been thinking about sleep! :-)
So the theme for today is Motivated to MOVE! With WLS we often transform into new people... people that would have never done some of the things we now do, such as exercise. Sure, we'll hear the typical, "Well gosh, if you exercised like that when you were fat, you wouldn't have needed WLS."
Well now... for whatever reason, be it a new found sense of HOPE, just enough weight gone to make it not hurt so much... whatever the reason... we are MOTIVATED to do BETTER for our bodies.
So what motivates you to move? And how will you move today?
Me? Seeing my body tone up and the pounds come off. Every second I spend exercising is worth it. I will go to the gym for 30 min tonight. Unfortunately I work so it's hard to get exercise in those days.
