OT....I forgot how I hate Jello...I am a bit weird about textures and I hate the feel of jello in my mouth, YUCK!  Incase you wanted to know...

You can do this.  And succeed!  I remember being anxious about making the weight loss at my pre-op appointment.  It was a great motivator to do what works to lose the weight.  Good luck to you!!

You are right Target does not have SF carnation, but mine did have the popcycles?? Another thing I found I liked was cream of potato soup, it is one of the lowest fat cream soups and you can add garlic powder, or chili powder to change it up... Which type of surgery are you going to have??

I hated the regular SF popsicles, but Cub has Edy's No Sugar Added Real Fruit pops and they're REALLY good! 30 cal/ea.

Hi Diane - I just purchased the SF popcicles at Cub - Cub has their own brand which was much cheaper than the brand name.  I'm doing a lot of pudding and adding protein powder.  My favorite powder is called Women's Whey from Total Nutrution Technologies - 22g protein per scoop - 3g carbs and 110 calories.  It lasts a long time and the flavor is FABULOUS!
Good luck!  Today is day seven for me on the pre-op liquid diet.  The head hunger is the worst at first but it does get better!
