Exercise?

I am SOOO ready to lose the pounds I gained and get back to where I was.  My lowest was 150.  I'm not asking for everything.  Just to lose the 30 I've gained since I lost myself.  Nate has helped me find myself again, and I want to be the best for him and all 5 of our kids. LOL

I have never excercised (BAD ME!!) and wonder what facilities or workouts do you do?  I spained my ankle just before Christmas and it still is very sore, going to dr about that on Friday. So running, jogging, right now is not an option.  Nate has a weight gym thing, but that's not what we think I need.  I need cardio.

I do still drink. But not a lot.  Nate is extremely helpful in helping me make better choices.  I drink a couple of beers on the weekend.  I know that this is why I have gained most, not all, but most of the weight.  I'm hoping that my turning away from the alcohol will also help me shed some pounds.

Any posts about exersice are greatly appreciated.

I didn't exercise until this month but realized that it just had to be done. I go to the gym in my apartment or take walks outside. I have sprained one of my ankles 6 times so I take it as easy as I need to... but I still run.

I think swimming will be pretty good for you perhaps?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Swimming is great. Try a class in the pool. Won't hurt your ankle, and it's a great workout!
