My dear friend Linda!  CONGRATULATIONS on finishing such an awesome year!  140 lbs gone forever and a totally new you has emerged!  I am SOOOOOO proud of you and all that you have achieved.  I am also truly grateful to have met you through my journey of weight loss.  You have truly been an inspiration to me and been a rock to turn to and talk me off many ledges!  Thank you so much for your love and support to all here and thank you for your friendship.  I know I am forever grateful!

LET'S CELEBRATE!!

I only know you as the new Linda, and I like what I see!! 

The first day I met you at Burnsville coffee, I thought you were some sort of moderator for the group---you sure didn't look like you had been obese.  Your confidence and support throughout this first phase of my journey has biven me the confidence that I CAN do this.  I CAN repair the self-confidence that has been bruised by years of self-neglect.   Thanks for sharing your stories and including me in your group of friends.

Linda-  Congratulations on your 1 year. I've been coming to coffees for longer than Dan, yet when he said he only knows you as the "new" Linda, I don't remember ever seeing you any way other than how you are NOW either.  You look awesome!   

PS- You must be a great mom judging by how well behaved your daughter was on Saturday. She was an ANGEL!   I was very impressed.
