B: Eggs
S: Tea with FF milk
L: Going out to restaurant... probably chicken, veggies
D: Stuffed chicken, mashed parsnip (yum!!)

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Hmmm... i have no green food planned today.  Perhaps if I looked WAY back in the fridge I'd locate some?

B - yogurt w/ flax seeds & sunnies
S - 2 turkey sticks
L - turkey meatballs with a bit of mushroom soup and mashed potatoes
S - a chunk o' pepperjack cheese
D - roast beef with carrots & onions
