OK I know I and most others can't work out 8-10 hours a day like the folks on Biggest Loser, BUT when I just seen them come home and how their families reacted I couldn't help but shed some tears for them.  I see what hard work can do for a person! Just needed to share that! I am so darn emotional right now, must be nerves for the big day coming up!!

When the Biggest Loser first came on, I was worried it was going to be a horrible show. I think for the most part, they treat everyone well and don't make fun or use and "fat humor". I agree.......it gets me emotional and inspired when I watch.

I was so disheartened by how much work it takes to lose weight.  Everyone works so hard but a couple of women only lost a pound or two or gained a pound.  And that was after working out all week, walking a half marathon, a last chance workout, and making heathly eating choices.  What we have to do to lose weight is overwhelming.
