Anyone have PreferredOne Insurance? If so...

Were you approved without Delays and how long did it take to get your approval after it was sent in from WLS Group? Just Curious....

I was approved within about a week.  No problems here! 

My BMI was alot higher though, not sure if that matters

Preferred One was our insurance administrator for our self insured company.  They required 6 months of a medically supervised diet.  Now, that could have been a part of my company's requirements.  When I went through approval that time, I actually decided to wait for surgery.  I since went to Health Partners insurance and was approved right away.

I have Preferred One and was approved within one week.  I had to have one meeting with a dietician, but that was met during the information session that I attended.  I had my surgery at the U, so not sure if that sped things along?  Good luck!
