All I can say is it has been ugly the last several days. When under stress and there is food everywhere I have been struggling.

Don't beat yourself up about it... just do what you need to do to get through this rough time. Remember that even if your eating is bad... exercise (which I know you rock at) will be your stress-relieving friend!!

What am I eating???  Too darned much!  Don't know what the problem is the past couple of days but everything is fair game.  Geez!  I'm so frustrated with myself.  I keep trying to imagine a huge stop sign in front of my face . . . but it don't stop me.  Been feeling a little down the past few days, maybe that's it.  Need to load up on the Prozac and ditch the Cheetos or something.  So here's what I was thinking today -- why is it when we're losing weight and we think of ourselves as "Losers" its a good feeling, but when we're not working the tool the way we should we think of ourselves as "Losers" but its a different kind.  Ugh!  Oh well -- thanks for letting me vent.

I appreciate your honesty!
It is just plain tough!  :(
When I read the small amounts that others are eating, I realize how horribly I am doing.   UGH!     We just need to keep on keeping on!

You are right, we do need to keep on keeping on... day to day it's tough. Some days seem easy... others are just days I wish i could fall asleep and wake up the next day.

I know how you feel! I have those days too... just can't seem to stop the food to mouth movement... it's all I think about. I always wonder what's up with me on those days... what draws me to the food so much. I had one of those days today for sure.
