Happy Hump Day everyone! How is it going? How do you plan to move today? It may be a great day to head outside or take some time for yourself.

So how do you plan to move today??

Me?  I took  three walks yesterday, totalling 3.5 hours! WOW! Today I will probably do at least an hour of exercise.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Just finished 20 minutes on the treadmill. Boy time goes fast when you're watching infomercials for exercise dvds or total gym. Love looking at all the transformations.

I walked about 4.5 miles outdoors.

I walked 11 minutes on the treadmill before the plantar fasciitis got too bad!  I figure it's better than nothing.
