THURS: Let's track it!
Some days are harder than others aren't they? For instance, yesterday it was all about cravings for me... chocolate, ice cream, more chocolate... and did I want to exercise? Heck no... but I still did. Some days are a breeze - I am eating great and everything is as smooth as a baby's butt. Yesterday? Nope. I fought cravings at every turn... and lost.
BUT, today is a new day, right? RIGHT!!!
So on this new amazing day that we are given... what are you eating??

B: Yogurt w/ flaxseed
L: I get a fill today so I will probably be on liquids all day.
D: Protein shake

I have to share my breakfast...it was THAT delicious.
I picked up a small, frozen box at Trader Joe's...it was a crustless quiche - Chorizo, Egg, Cheese.
There are 2 in the box, each one has 15g of protein. Nice breakfast & the taste was amazing. A little on the spicy side, but if you can handle that, it was really tasty. Something different anyhow.
