FRI: Exercise!

Here I go almost missing the Friday post! Maybe I have a blind spot on Fridays... or working late makes me too tired to remember to post! Oh well!

How are you moving today?


Me? I am going to hit the treadmill for 30 min. I'm also doing running at work for about 1.5 hours .

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Elena, you are so funny, you make me laugh everyday.

Please do me a favor and do a post on all the band, etc language, abbreviations, etc,
ie, NSV, DH,  sweet spot, etc    i know there are others. i want to print it out, so i know what the heck everybody is talking about..

Keep those posts coming, You are doing great..Hopei can be doing just the same thing soon..

I have walked 2.5 miles outdoors so far today.

Did aerobics for 25 min,weights lifts for 20min and floor exercises for 20 min.I can feel already in my legs the workout has worked.Felt great after the routine.Refreshed and stress free.         Tracy R

I walked 2 miles at lunch today and listened to POLKA on my IPOD!  I tell ya it puts a spring in your step and makes ya feel like dancing!  I know I know I'm off but I just love dancing and walking to polka - it makes me laugh while I'm walking because it makes me so happy.
