I have heard that RAGBRAI is an awesome experience!  I can see you tkaing it totally by storm.  Your new found confidence in yourself and your abilities, and your willingnesss to put it into words, is truly an inspiration! 
I don't know if I will be brave enough to try a roller coaster this summer, but I look forward to not being a "sweat monster" all summer long.

Way to go, Michael.  Its so nice to know that the AHA's just keep coming.  I have to tell you . . . I'm quite familiar with RAGBRAI and if you're thinking of signing up, I still have several contacts/relatives in SW Iowa that would put you up for a night if you need a place to stay.  Go for it! ! !

That's what's up Mike. I've very happy for you. I have my bike in the Shed that I got almost 5 years ago. I've have yet to ride it more then a block.

Don't know if I can do the helmet thing...maybe a football helmet.

Well I love coasters and if you go, I'm there!!

Plus if you puke, it won't be much coming out.

They should have a coaster for WLS patients...call it the Dumpster. 

Michael, you ARE hot.  That's the consensus around here.  HUBBA HUBBA, BABY!!

And CONGRATS on the wow!  I totally understand the tears, been there & done that.  And I couldn't care less who saw them!  It was all about ME at that moment, just like your long bike ride was all about YOU! 

I think we will definitely have to have an OH @ ValleyFair day again this summer!  I bet we have more than 5 people there this time, too!
