There's no better time than now to start moving! Why? Well, we usually make excuses to start doing anything health related because it's mid-week.  We say, "Well I'll start doing that on Monday." Well, Monday is here so let's get to it!

Me? at least a 1 hour walk in Wayzata

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Good morning!  I did the treadmill this morning for 22 minutes= 1 mile. I'm shocked I did that being I hardly slept with all that wind last night. :-(

Morning My Friends,

I did an hour at the gym, half of it on the tread the other half with weights! I feel great and ready to meet the new week!

Off to the gym I went this morning-  It is amazing how early it seems when the sun isn't up yet!!  I did 60 minutes of cardio (rowing, treadmill, eliptical, bike) and about 15 minutes of weights.  I was sweaty and gross by the end, but nothing a shower couldn't take care of!! 
Keep on Moving!

I walked 2.5 miles in the rain so far today.  It was pretty peaceful, except for the roar of the spring run-oof coming over St. Anthony Falls.

Since my surgery last Monday I've been taking a lot of short walks, but today I headed back to the gym.

30 min on the treadmill - low incline and easy pace.
