MON: Start the week eating well!

This is the resolution day of the week... it's the "I'll start the diet Monday." Well, it's here... so what have you been telling yourself that you will change about your eating style? One thing we all know is that WLS is not a quick fix nor a cure all. It's just an amazing tool. It's like trying to work the TV remove without the channel buttons.. and then one day, finally getting the channel buttons... woohoo! :) 

SO WHAT ARE YOU EATING TODAY?

Me?

B: Eggs, banana
L: Going to Patrick's in Wayzata to have somme quich
D: Chicken beasts

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

L: Protein bar
D: Swedish meatball and a veggie

B-eggs w/ cheese, onion, peppers and bacon

L-refried beans w/cheese and cherry tomatoes

D-steak w/ mushrooms and onions small salad

S-protein and fruit

Post-op liquid diet:

B: yogurt, fruit juice
S: protein drink
L: tomato soup
S: pudding
D: black bean soup, protein drink
