I started my Prepo Diet last Tuesday at a nice comedic 410 lbs.

As of this morning, just a mere 6 days on this diet, I'm tipping the floor at 398!!

12 *&$^$% Pounds in 6 days.

My Shocks and Struts are forever grateful.

Just wanted to share that quick news.......LOOK MY TICKER IS MOVING!!

(wait, that didn't sound right)

Way to go!  Now isn't putting up with the 3 shakes and 1 meal worth it when you see THAT kind of result?!  I tell ya, you'll be down 50 or more by the time your pre op diet is done.
