UPDATE! The Lodge this Saturday

Hey all!  Seems like FOREVER ago that all the planning and such started for this weekend -and now it's almost here!

Just a few thoughts...

It sounds like we may get snowed on - SO WHAT??!!  DO NOT let that inhibit you from coming!  Just dress for it!  The cabins are PLENTY warm, the lodge has a big ol' stone fireplace, and there is a HUGE bonfire pit outside the lodge - PLENTY of warming going on!  It's an adventure, there's FUN to be had, weather be damned!!!  (And if it DOES snow, we can check tracks Sunday morning to see what kind of critters were lurking around our cabins Saturday night!   )


I've heard a few comments about a number of people who may come, even tho they aren't signed up to stay over Saturday night - and that's FINE, but PLEASE at least let me know if you're planning to do that?  I want to be certain we have enough food for dinner Saturday night!

Any "last minute" folks who want to sign up, please let me know ASAP!  And if you have any questions, pm me!

YAY!!!  Only 4 days away!!!



Someone reminded me - FEEL FREE TO BRING ANY CLOTHES YOU'VE SHRUNK OUT OF!  We held an informal mini-Swapkins last year, and it was a great thing!

This sounds like so much fun.  I wish I could make it I am always up for adventures like this.  I planned on taking this day off to have some coffee and just rest. 

I found out last Thursday that I am pregnant with twins and they are really kicking my but on the tired level.  Working two jobs really doesn't help either.  I am closing on a house in Burnsville on April 20th crossing the fingers nothing goes wrong, so after I move I will be closer to all the coffee groups and I hope to venture out to the Maple Grove coffee from time to time.

   


 CONGRATULATIONS, TAMMY!   Sounds like you've got plenty going on in your life these days - I wish you well with EVERYTHING!!!  Especially the lil' peanuts - You're gonna have your hands full!!!

Hey Tammy!  I meant to ask you Saturday where in Burnsville you are going to move.  I live in Burnsville too!  Glad to hear you are going to be closer!  Congrats again on the twins!  Yeah!

Thanks I didn't get a chance to get down to that end of the table on Saturday.  I almost felt overwhelmed by the number of people that was at coffee.  I am moving near Cliff Road and Cedar (Hwy 55) I believe.  Forgive me I don't know my east from my west.  When you go up Cliff road from Hwy 13 there is a shell gas station on your right hand side.  I would take a right hand turn there and it is maybe about a mile down and there are some townhomes back in there.  If nothing goes wrong that is where I will be living.  Thank goodness I bought a 3 bedroom.  My closing date is April 20th.
