TUES: What are you eating today?
You didn't think a horrible gallbladder attack would stop me from posting the daily threads, did you? Pssh... 
I'm a little out of it tonight, but I guess all I can say is that what we strive for through this journey is to do 'our best.' Now to each of us that means something absolutely different. For some, our best means reaching a desired BMI, weight.. for others it's being able to play with the kids/grandkids again... that's why it's hard (and often disappointing) to measure up to other people's definition of success. My nutritionist told me to stop having unrealistic goals this past week. She said I concentrate too much on the scale... and not enough on how great I have been doing and how much I have changed my life. Perhaps we have all been there at one point or another.
So, without further ado, what are you eating today?
Me? No liquids after 7am... so for most of the day... nothing. After surgery? Also probably nothing much.

Hello Elena...you are the best. I agree with your nutritionist....don't focus so much on the numbers. You have done a terrific job!! Look at your before and after pics....wow...what a change!!
