sample daily menus please?
Morning all -
Been a while since I've been here and I can tell the difference... can I come back??
I need to find out what it is that someone about 18 months out shouldbe eating. I'm looking for some sample daily menus of what folks about that far out are doing for food.
I've been off my protein... dratted hair had another falling out session... yes it can happen more than once when you are being lax/stupid. so I'm back to pushing protein.. the only problem here is that almost all meat gags me now. anything but boiled eggs are the same way. Not sure how I"m going to go about this but I know there have to be ways.
I've been drinking less and less water so today my little 12 oz bottles are full of watered down crystal light and I"m going to drink them. period.
The bowflex is screaming in exile... I"m shaking the dust bunnies out of it and getting back into a healthy relationship again.
SO that's my 1-2-3 punch for today... can any of you help by posting foods?

Well I'm almost 15 months out........So I can't really tell you what a 18 month person should be eating......But I have a few suggestions since your having trouble with meat.....I have trouble with meat also, so I eat alot of chicken & fish.....
New Whey protein bullets, or anykind.....3 oz. and have 27-45 g. protein. They taste like a thick koolaid.....

Fish, I love Tillapia
Seafood
Chilli
Beans
Liver & onions
Tacos
Chicken
Cheese
Just a few idea's.......Check out the forum for recipes....

Any solid protein is giving me grief... if mashed tators had lots of protein I'd be just fine...
Today I'm trying beef hash from the can fried up... it's a bit greasy but there's 21gr protein in a cup... I can deal with that. I bought tuna as I haven't tried that in a while again. When I"m out I eat Tilapia.. It's great!! most days lol
Shrimp usually works and I did buy some immitation... not sure I"ll bother though as the real stuff is so much better and for the amounts we eat, cost effective too.
