Hey all! Thanks for being so inviting to my roommate Greg. He did very well. I was in and out all day Tuesday after surgery but Wednesday was a better day.

How are you moving this Thursday?

Me? Walking around the apartment as much as I can, otherwise, lots of rest.

Elena,

Your posts really help me.....It gives me motivation.......

I was up at 5 a.m. and did my treadmill for 30 minutes went 1.842 miles and burned 338.5 calories.......

I plan to do the BL workout DVD this afternoon.......

9:30am. Did the treadmill again, 1.596 miles burned 312.2 calories.....

I ended up gaining 4-5 pounds, but got on the scale today and I'm down 3 pounds.......

The plan is to hit the Y again tonight and do weights instead of cardio

Good morning Elena!

I was getting bored at home so I went to work today - 1/2 day only.  I'm going to go to the gym this afternoon and do . . .

30min treadmill and 20-25 min strength training.

I jogged on the treadmill for the first time in years. Made it 2.5 miles in 30 minutes, I then did some arm, back and stomach work and took a long sauna. After running I hope I will be able to walk tomorrow.
