It's Friday - a great day for most of us... a lead in to the weekend and time off from work...

What are you eating this wonderful Friday?

Me?

I am trying to get back to some kind of a regular eating situation... but for now, it's all about bananas, Cheerios and protein.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

S-fruit and more protein if needed

L: tomato soup, blended peaches
S: pudding
D: soup, blended pears
S: protein drink

My tool is working......I gained but have lost 6 pounds of it now........

B- pomegranite yogurt
L- meatloaf & potatoes Lean Cusine
D- Out to eat at the Texas Roadhouse, Ribs I'm sure
