Friday often feels like a weight lifted off out chest... the last day of the week and then a little freedom. For some, that may mean a night walk or some time at the gym.

How are you moving today?

Me? I am going to try to go to work...that'll probably be enough for me.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I am off to the gym for some cardio work and strength training.  I increased the weights on Wednesday, so I really appreciated the day of repair yesterday!!  We'll see how it goes today.

I realized that I am totaling about 9 miles per day on my long workouts- biking 5 miles helps :-).  If you would have told me 6 months ago that I could move that much I would have laughed in your face!!  What a change!!

After the gym I will go and wrangle Kindergarten students.  I am going to try to remember to put on my pedometer and see how much I go go in an average school day.  Should be interesting!

I woke up ON TIME this morning instead of hitting snooze and was able to get 25 minutes in on the treadmill, my longest yet.  I gotta keep up that pace or more in the future.

Elena- Hope your day at work goes well and you take it easy.

My friend and I are going to go to the gym to do a weight work out.  We are then going on a bike ride near the San Fransisco bay.  Yeah!!

This morning I did:

20 min strength training
30 min treadmill

5am. treadmill for 30 minutes, 1.790 miles, 308.8 calories burned
2pm. treadmill again, then need to get ready to go out tonight.....:)

Yesterday I killed the treadmill, I did 5.115 miles and burned 956.8 calories....

I walked Cedar Lake with a friend this morning. It really wasn't too bad if you were bundled and the sun was shining. I love walking and talking.

I was busy today.i did aerobics and weight work and floor exercises and streching.Very fun,enjoyed doing it with a bunch of people.Loved the music.
